In this weather
A hoe never gets cold
It's absolutely freezing, I can no longer go on 4 hour walks anymore so I joined the gym an hour ago and I'm going tonight. I always have a rubbish experience in the gym but today I think I'm just gonna walk on the treadmill for 40 minutes and then use the bike. Idk. I have to for at least the next 3 months until it's less cold.
