please help me .I do ial psychology and I just failed unit 1 and its essential that I do really well in biological psychology

I am trying new study methods and resources so please let me know if you have any recommendations :smile:

I do OCR Psychology and honestly struggling to grasp the content due to how there is a lack of resources. Any one who does OCR psychology or has done it can help?
