How many hours do you spend revising for each uni exam?

I have finally finished my coursework and created a plan for each of my upcoming exams. I allocated 5 - 6 days for each exam and plan to average 10 hours of focused studying per day (using the Pomodoro method).

That comes to 50 - 60 hours of rewatching lectures, condensing my notes into flashcards, finishing tutorial sheets, and doing past papers for each exam. Does this sound like enough work to get a first? or should I consider getting a tutor / am I screwed? How many hours do you spend revising for each exam?
