Can I still get in if the entry requirements is BBB but I get BBC?

Heya! I am an international student trying to apply for MEng in biomedical engineering for this September 2023 through clearing. Please let me know how I can apply (is it only through UCAS or is there an online application form?) and check my eligibility.
