Joint Maths and Economics postgraduate opportunities?

I have offers to study Maths + Economics and Maths. I would honestly prefer Maths + Economics, but I'm thinking straight Maths may be better to leave postgraduate options on the table.

With straight Maths, you can do Maths, CS, Mathematical Finance/Mathematical Economics, Theoretical Physics and many more at a postgraduate level.

At the moment, I really don't know what I want to pursue career-wise. Picking Maths leaves my options very open, so once I decide what I want to do I can move into it. However, like I said, I think I would marginally prefer studying a Maths + Economics degree.

Would a joint Maths + Economics degree (at LSE if it really matters) cover enough of these topic areas to still enable a postgraduate degree in something like Computer Science? What about something like Maths with Data Science, or Maths with Economics?
