Applying for mitigating circumstances at university

Hi all
How would I go about applying for mitigating/exceptional circumstances for universities?
I’m taking a gap year so not applying this year. I’m thinking of applying to universities in West Midlands/london area

If you google your prospective uni names + mitigating circumstances you will usually find a page of guidance on their websites, (sometimes it might be linked from their undergrad admissions pages or FAQs). More likely than not, they'll be a form to complete, either online, or to be sent via email along with any evidence you want to provide.

Just make sure you are looking for the page relating to applicants, and not current students.
