Urgent ucas help!!

I had mitigating circumstances during A levels due to a family death, but I also got a boost in marks due to this as I submitted a mitigating circumstances request. Should I still ask my referee to write about the family death as a mitigating circumstance that affected my performance? In the reference for ucas, which is for medicine btw @GANFYD @Chi Chi @MedMama @Admit-One

I know that one of the unis that I am applying to does look at the reference for any mitigating circumstance when deciding for interviews
I would have them include it, although they may note that it’s already been taken into account with regards to the extra marks.
