come back home for uni for exam season and purging...

so the past few months ive been very active and I've been to the gym, on a calorie deficit and had lost a good stone since coming back to uni after xmas holidays. I've come back home now to revise for med school exams and exercise has been lacking, as well as parents feeding me so much (I cant say no, ethnic household want to 'fatten' me up). Ive resorted to purging meals (not binge eating), and idk what to do really as I cant stop. will I still lose weight? really don't want to lose my gym progress :frown:
i think if it isnt long term and it benefit you to take a break from the gym, just go for a brisk walk as a break then when u hit the gym again you should get your gains back quicker.
just dont be at a huge calorie excess, break even so your not potentially gaining too much weight
