¿can you get more student loan if you marry other student?

one of my friends got more money on the student loan cause they marry other student, is that viable? has someone met students that marry and get extra money for it, is it different for international students? the person that I was thinking in marrying is on my class and we met for few years

If you are an international non-EU student, it's unlikely you will be able to get a student loan from the Government.
