I did think they are old spec.
But when I was doing exam questions (new spec) on PMT, I found a question asking about Obler's paradox and critical density.
it's the first question on Astrophysics & Cosmology 3 QP for OCR A Physics A-Level on PMT.
So that's why Im unsure.

All the physics and maths tutors papers use old spec questions too, if you look on the OCR website under 'withdrawn qualifications material' you will see all the old papers and they are the same questions PMT use in their booklets
