Thanks for your question and interest in Oxford Brookes. I am Matilde and I work in the Admissions team at Oxford Brookes.

Ultimately, before I can tell you a little bit more about our Photography BA (Hons) programme at Oxford Brookes, the choice of university depends on your personal preferences and goals. I would recommend considering different factors when choosing, such as location, cost, course structure, facilities and extracurricular activities.

Our programme will allow you to explore the evolving role of photography in the 21st century while developing a distinct identity as a photographer thanks to the its balance between academic study and hands-on photographic practice. Our teaching focuses on photography as a profession and a visual language appropriate for the creative industries, while also supporting you in developing a professional practice centered around your passions, giving you a well-rounded education in the technical and conceptual aspects of photography.
