Breakfast: salad*, crackers, and a hard-boiled egg. Orange juice.
*made with pak choi, radishes, baby corn, cucumber; red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and cheddar in a garlic & herb dressing.
Lunch: coconut soya yoghurt and grapes. Very Berry tea.
Dinner: spicy stirfry**. Coke.
