Does anybody know how to brainwash?

I want to be brainwashed into being productive. If there is anyone who can brainwash me, let me know

the title of the thread scared me HAHAHAHA
idk how to brainwash you but try these things to increase your productivity
make a study group with friends and have study sessions on google meet or zoom
make a to do list of all the tasks you have to do in a day
put on the screen time limit on your socials
find a 5 min stretching yoga/vid and do that every morning

I don't have any friends so would you suggest an alternative? I would love to make friends but don't really know how to.

as an alternative watch videos related to your subjects on youtube, or to enhance your knowledge watch some documentaries, (my favourite channel to watch them on is VICE)
also, I love guessing countries and locations, try playing 'geoguessr' online, its great fun especially if you want to know more about different areas of the world!
