Elective Internship Programs for Medical Students

Does anybody know where to start searching for an opportunity to complete my medical studies with an elective internship rotation in the UK? I am a medical student from Brazil currently in my 4th year. Next year, I will start my internship phase, which lasts 2 years. I would like to find a place within this time to apply; the duration would be a bit more than 2 months. Does anybody know the names of universities that might accept this exchange?
