Student Tenancy Takeover needed in Nottingham for 23/24

its a 3 bedroom house located in lenton, with 2 bathrooms.
£130 a week, bills not included (however we've found the cheapest bills so it should come up to about no more than £160 a week) from your move in date until mid august.
30 min walk into town, and 20 min walk onto university of nottingham campus. the 901 bus from there is completely free for all uni students and goes to clifton campus in 7 minutes.
on a quite residential road in a big student area, with bustops, aldi and sainsburys all within walking distance. near university of nottingham jubilee campus.
the room has a double bed, lots of storage, located downstairs downstairs
house comes with a washing machine, drier, bikes, backyard and the landlord is lovely!
