Manchester Met Accommodation

I’ve accepted Manchester met as my firm choice and I’m looking at booking accommodation. The only options available are Cambridge and the Birely townhouses. Will the other accommodations be sold out or will more rooms open up? It says that accommodations can be released in batches but the accommodation bookings opened up a month ago. Is it likely more will come out or should I just book what’s available now?
