psychology a level aqa help

hey im currently in year 12 and im really struggling with psychology rn i don't seem to remember anything and i don't know how to revise and my end of year mocks are fast approaching do you lot have some effective quick tips that could help raise my grade from a C to an A within a month
also my teachers don't really know how to teach the subject which is quite sad and they just tell me to depend on the text book

there's this studying method called blurting
you read a chapter then you get a blank sheet of paper and write every thing you understand
then you compare with the textbook/study material and what you wrote
then you can find your weak spots and what you find hard to remeber
check videos on youtube,it helps
and those teachers should be sacked for not doing their job
i think psychology is fascinating though :smile:
