I have been off sick from work for a week and noticed that on my Facebook under the ‘people you may know’ section 2 managers profiles have appeared.

Does this mean that they are viewing my profile?

No. There are likely many things used to determine that. Who has viewed your profile is probably pretty low on the list, if it is actually used at all.
