Predictions:
- It's hard to actually predict what will come up in this paper, but normally:
- A design question on Design movements and styles crop up (has to).
- Prototyping
- Design processes
- A comparison question of two products

Hey, how did the paper go?

Overall, nice essay questions, especially the 12 marker on the coffee cups. Maths questions (some of them) threw me off because of my rusty GCSE skills

That paper was so good.Maths was a bit weird but so happy there was only a 3 mark question on design movements

What the actual f*ck is this format? It went okay but almost the whole paper wasnt even on Design and Making Principles??? it was almost all on Technical Principles..... Math was easy but probability question was weird. Also the 12 marker was okay but the organization was so bad.

Question 13's probability calculation seems impossible without assuming 1) The known side B is part of one of the needed combinations and 2) None of the needed combinations feature a different side B design. I don't remember the question giving enough information to confirm either assumption so multiple answers (6% if both assumptions are correct, 4%, 2%, and 0% all possible depending on if the needed combinations feature different side B designs or not) appear to be logically correct. If it's worth anything ChatGPT seems to agree.

Paper was great other than that, weirdly technical and lacking in theory though.

What did people get for all the maths questions?

I got 658mm, 140, 350 and 6%.
Also the weird order of tasks for the wheelbarrow I put dcfhgeiba with j in the top box... Kind of feel like that's wrong.

Also got 658mm, 140 [screwed up on that], 350 yes and 6% [didn't get it]
The CPA was slightly cruel, but I think I got it similar to yours, a must be in the last box, also put j on the top box (steel for powder dip coating)
