maintenance loan is less than expected

hello, i got my application approved but i've been given the minimum maintenance loan, even though i applied for the maximum amount. my rent for accomm isnt being fulfilled with the min amount, meaning i have no money leftover for myself! i have submitted all the documents, indicating my household income per month is 1,400 approx. it says that i've completed all the tasks i have, and so has my father.
what should be my next step for getting what i had applied for be?

hi there! the live chat option never appears in my account, i also called and was on the phone line for ages but never got to speak to anyone!
