Question about a Clean Break Order - Family Law
With a clean break order, one party cannot make a claim against the other once the lump sum is paid. So if either won the lottery afterwards, the other cannot make a claim.
My question is about periodical payments - can one partner claim against the other for something like a lottery win, while the periodical payments are still ongoing e.g. say 2 or 3 years later?
Assignment due in tomorrow and struggling to find a clear cut answer.
