like i've had enough to eat today and it was all very healthy but now i'm craving all this sugary carby stuff and i just really want a nice espresso and biscotti or something
Do you restrict those things out of your diet normally?
um yh recently i'm trying to eat more healthily. i feel like the best way to avoid binge eating is just not to buy those kinds of foods lol. but how do i stop craving them??
