why does coffee give me a headache?

I almost never drink coffee but on the occasions where I have, I always get a slight headache and sharp pains around my temples. My eyes start to feel sore and I get nauseous. Does anyone know why?

Headaches, sharp pain in the temples, eye pain and nausea after drinking coffee can be caused by various reasons.
Some people are more sensitive to caffeine than others. Even small amounts of caffeine can cause headaches and other symptoms in sensitive people.
Caffeine is a diuretic, which means it can lead to increased urine output and potential dehydration. Dehydration can cause headaches and nausea.
Coffee can affect blood sugar levels, and if you consume it on an empty stomach or with sugary supplements, it can cause blood sugar levels to fluctuate, contributing to headaches and nausea.
The caffeine in coffee can sometimes worsen tension headaches or migraines in people predisposed to them. However, it is better to consult your doctor and seek medical advice in your neighbourhood.
