Linac:
Alternating p.d produces an electric field which accelerates a proton
Tubes have a changing polarity/ charge
Length of the tubes increases so that the time in tube can remain constant as the speed of the proton increases

It did for me at first but then I got root mean square of current and voltage for each cycle and they were the same so I said power didn't change

i thought it went ok... except i mixed up the electromagnetic induction question and started talking about lattice ion vibrations....
