Trying to reset ancient login details
I'm trying to support my son's student finance application, but as I have no recollection of my own login details or security questions or CRN from 1995-1998, I can't login or reset my account. The website tells me to call the helpline, the helpline demands the CRN. What has everybody done in this situation, please???

Hi there,
You would need to call us on 0300 100 0607 and press option 1 and 1 again. You can speak to someone without the crn and they can take you through security to reset the login details.
