Hi guys. Let's remember together what topics there were. And hopefully they won't be in Paper 2

Ok im gonna try to list them all:
-Ratios
-Cumulative Frequency
-Histogramms
-Vectors
-Polygon Geometry
-3D Geometry
-Composite functions
-Indices
-Arithmetic Series
-Percentage Profit
-Interquartile Range
-LCM and HCF
-Standart form
-Venn Diagramm
-Inequalities
-Coordinate geometry (the one with the two triangles)
-Graph Transformation
-Differentiation

Thats all I remember right now

Ye but if you had 2160 in your working and all you did after was divide by total frequency you should get 2 marks

thats so embarrassing though

32 goals for question 1
Around 2160 minutes for q2
I can’t remember the values of d, e and f but it was a translation by vector (13/10) I think
And the transformation was an enlargement I think scale factor 3 centre (0, 2)
33.6cm for the perimeter of the shape
y = -5/2x - 1/2 for the equation of AB
x = 2 for the composite function q
n = -2.5 for the indices question
Around 62.3% for the percentage profit
For vectors I got 6:5
For the histogram the missing frequencies in the table were 25 and 60, and the value of one small square on the frequency density scale was 0.1
For the sequence 6 marker I got X = 57
For the pentagon one I got r = 3.45cm
For the frustum I got 5090cm²
Did anyone else get the same answers?

Yeah I got the same for most of them except for last few as I didn’t get an answer for most

I got exactly the same!

do you guys reckon the grade 9 is around 70 percent

no I think you might have gotten the centre of rotation wrong

There is The tab of grade: 9 - 71%, 8 - 59%, 7- 46%, 6-35%, 5 -24%, 4 - 19%

this is the answer to your question

You needed to subtract the values in the table from 140, and then make an equation to find the frequency density using the two classes that have already been plotted.

Based on this im gonna try to list up the possible topics for Paper 2. Of course its not guaranteed:
-Proportion
-Bounds
-Compound interest
-Sets
-Surds
-Proof
-Rearranging Formulas
-Completing the square
-Lines and Coordinate Geometry (y=mx+c)
-Circle Geometry and Geometric reasoning
-Congruence and similarity
-Volumes
-Time
-Unit Conversion
-Bearings
-Mean, Median, Mode and Range
-Probability

Im going to focus on these topics in my revision.

I feel like there will probably be high mark questions on surds and quadratic/ cubic graphs

I have the feeling that there is going to be a Probability 6 marker

That, quadratic simultaneous equations or maybe a long coordinate geometry question
Reply 77
How did everyone feel though about it overall, other than answers
Reply 78
How did everyone find the paper other than what answers they got
you're a tough
