When did you sign up for a UCAS account? Did your college/sixth form tell you to make one or was it an independant choice?
It was through sixth form for my kids. The school started to focus on the uni application process in summer term of year 12 following end-of-year exams. You should be supplied with a school buzzword and, once you finish your application, it will go to your school so that your reference and predicted grades can be added before it is submitted.
