How do unis view decision maths compared to stats/mechanics? I've heard it's easier but does that mean it's taken less seriously?
My maths teachers say if anything it is better than stats/mechs because 1. it can bring up your grade if core pure doesn't go too well, 2. it makes you stand out from the crowd because fewer people do it and 3. it's a very new field of maths with a lot of job opportunities available after uni
