What level of study is this for? The advice that I would give for GCSE would be very different to that for A Level. Studying the material at degree level is completely different.

Personal tips that I would give:

Past papers - lots of them, ideally under timed conditions

Review your mistakes and learn from them. The areas where you can improve the most are your weakest areas

Most of biology is about memorisation, so I recommend using as many diagrams as you can if you're a visual learner

Physics and chemistry is partly about logic, so I recommend doing as many practice questions as you can for this
