How to decide my degree?

I'm completely stuck between Anth and Arch at Oxford , HSPS at Cambridge or just Sociology at any uni I apply for, and English.

Anth and Arch sounds interesting and new and I wouldn't want to miss out just because I'm scared of applying for something I have little knowledge of.
Sociology is one of my A-levels, and I've been somewhat interested in it since starting it for GCSEs, but I'm worried I'll get bored of it, especially the politics side of it (even if I'm pretty sure I don't have continue with politics in HSPS after first year, some aspect of law and politics is somehow always involved lol).
And English has been a long-time dream of mine, I've grown up thinking I'm going to do English at uni and I'm not quite sure if I want to let that go. I just can't figure out if it's something I'd be able and willing to do as a degree. I know English won't be all sunshine and flowers, but I'm still hung up on the idea of sitting around reading books and writing essays and going to theatres etc for my degree.
I guess the bottom line is that I don't have a whole lot of passion for one subject, I have a little passion across a range of subjects.

Go to Open Days at a range of different Unis and sign up for the subject presentations for Arch & Anth, and some other subjects/courses that interest you - Bristol, Southampton, UCL etc. This is how you find out more about courses that are not taught as A levels and check if its really what you want to do.

Also look at degrees called Liberal Studies, Combined Honours and Flexible Honours - these allow you to combine lits of different Humanities / Social Science subjects in one degree, often with one or two as a specialism. These degrees are available at Bristol, Durham, Warwick, Manchester, Newcastle etc
