Nobody can say without your UCAT score.
Currently, you can probably rule out those that use GCSEs in shorlisting, but other than that, it depends what your 5s and 4s at GCSEs are in

Kings and Barts are out, otherwise, it depends what your 5s and 4s at GCSEs are in
Have a look at the first post here

not sure but wait for @GANFYD to get back to you on this as I think you need a 6 in English lang for the London unis if not most medical schools. dont take my word for it and do a quick Google search

I think lang is the one the unis have minimums for you’d have to check that

A 5 in Eng Lang will severely limit your choices to:
Bristol, Cambridge, Oxford, Exeter, Newcastle, Plymouth, QUB and Leeds (though GCSE scoring is a large part of both of their selection scoring) and St Andrews.
Glasgow have apparently said they will accept a C/5 in Eng Lang with a 6/B in Eng Lit

Your A levels rule out Cambridge and Exeter and your other GCSEs rule out QUB, Leeds and St Andrews.
This leaves you Bristol, Newcastle, Glasgow (those have required a UCAT significantly >2800 in recent yeare), Plymouth and Oxford.

You are best to resit your Eng Lang as if you have a 6 you have more options open to you

Have you checked what their website says? This is always a good place to start your research
