Regarding PSW

I am in my final year in university of Hertfordshire doing Bsc in COMPUTER SCIENCE.
Recently I received my result in which i cleared all the modules except one which was 15 credit module. I failed in a re-sit and they give me FREN code in that module. so my question is if I tell them i don't want to study further and give me alternative options to get my degree .so am i still going eligible for PSW? with alternate degree?.
