Here’s what I did yesterday

We do 4 x round of lifting

3 x round of alternating exercise for build

Another 3 x round of alternating exercise for build

A 10 min cardio session (10 of each exercise, go around as may times as you can in 10 mins)

Pre and post stretching

Do that 3 times a week and increase the weights over time and you’ll build strength

The exercises here are for 1 session. We vary the exercises for each session to work different muscle groups (think, leg day, arm day, full body day)

So, yours seems a little light (although the exercises are good)

Why not follow an actual routine rather than what you've jotted out there?
that's basically a weakened version of Stronglifts or starting strength

Yes it will work for a while, but you'd be better off following a more tried and tested routine, which will likely work better and for longer.

What about one set of each, heavy weights?

Better off with multiple sets to let your muscles recover and rework them

generally, better off with lower weights, more reps, better form and slower movements

you can go heavy but it tends to create explosive power rather than enduring strength

Still not ideal. Something like this would be better:
