"Best medical school" isn't really a term that makes sense in this profession. They are all excellent and externally quality assured to make sure of that.

You need to apply to the medical schools that are matched to your strengths (grades, work experience, entrance exam score etc), the course structure that appeals to you, and thinking about where you'd like to ideally live for five or six years. There needs to be an element of flexibility too.
