I’m in year 12, going into year 13. i’m currently home educated, and do alevels because i always thought that they were the only option but they are absolutely destroying my mental health. I can’t sleep because how stressed i am and all day i feel like i have to constantly revise and work, i’ve lost weight because of how ill their making me. i don’t even want to go to uni anymore. At my local college i’ve found a level 3 btec which i am really interested in and something which im actually passionate about. i have no idea what to do but i can’t keep going how i am now

I’d really recommend talking to someone you know in real life for advice, maybe a friend / family member? If not I’m sure you’d be able to have a meeting with the college about whether it’s right for you. Remember A levels aren’t the only option career wise, and it’s important to look after your mental health
