Why does my friends just go one their phone when i am trying to talk to them and i am talkative and they just say yeah or just say umm .
I find it very sad but i just joined a new school and idk what to do!
How do i stop them from doing that or make them intrested in whatever i am saying abt?

I wouldn't take it personally, it's honestly a thing of society. Everyone is so glued to their phones.
Pretty sure they wouldn't ignore you I'd you're having a meaningful conversation. But If you're just talking and they're on their phones. It's not that deep ( I know it's rude ) but it's just a thing of this generation

yeah , honestly i used to have like a lot of friends who werent like this but i had no choice but to move countries, so I changed schools...I find it kinda disrespectful (atleast where I am from, it's very rude lol)
