Failed a first year module, can I still get a TC?
hi, so I failed my first ever exam at Uni (contract law) which I was gutted about. I resat in the summer and passed (grade is capped at 40 obviously). The rest of my first year modules were all 60 or above. However because of my 2:2 in first year I didn't apply to any vacation schemes or anything, so I don't have any formal work experience. I worked really hard this year and achieved a high 2:1 in second year, I have an okay amount of informal legal work experience, I mentor and volunteer at Citizens advice and do ECs. I know that there is no way to get a definite answer but I was wondering if there's anything else I should be doing to make up for the resit on my transcript? any advice at all would be really appreciated.
