I think it is merely a case that chambers have begun sifting. One of my applications updated to this status and I was shortly sent an email by the set saying that they have began reviewing applications and would return a decision ASAP

Anyone else have a small coronary event at receipt of an email from Doughty Street? It was just to say they had received my application and the outcome would be communicated by 22 March.

Yesss, this happened to me, they made it sound like it was good news by adding “and next steps” into the subject line too. Very evil 😂
