Advice for RAF SHINE interview
Hello everyone,
I have my SHINE interview coming up in a few weeks and want to be as best prepared for it as is possible, so I was wondering if anyone had some useful advice about how to ace it. I've been told to learn the schedule of the MIOT off-by-heart and to do lots of research on my prospective role (pilot) and the wider RAF in general, but I'm wondering if there is anything else I should be looking at beforehand/any tips and tricks people have for the interview.
