What accommodation is it? How long is the tenancy and is there parking?

The tenancy is 44 weeks unfortunately there’s no parking if you own a personal vehicle however you can always ask the accommodation for alterative.
The place is based in the city about 5 min from De Montfort and shops are really close you won’t have to walk more than 10 min.

Also forgot to add the accommodation is a classic shared apartment with 14 people I know that sounds outrages however the room is on the best floor out of the 5 floors and cleaners come once or twice a week all the tenants have to do is to clean their plates and bowls etc.. the cleaners will do the rest.
