Freshers week + moving in

When does Freshers week start and when are undergraduates allowed to move into their accommodation?

Freshers/Welcome week begins on the 23rd September (https://www.ucsu.org/freshers/) and students move in over the 22nd, 23rd and 24th September. You should have to pick a move in day/slot prior to moving in (at least that's how it's worked the past couple years).
