Best way of paying for my travels? And other questions ...
I'll be commuting from zones 1-3 five days a week for uni, via bus and train. I live in London, so outside of term time in holidays I'll still be travelling between these zones. I'll also be getting a student 18+ oyster card. I don't really understand the capping of prices and all. Is the most economical way to pay for my travels a travelcard or pay-as-you-go? If so, which travelcard - the monthly or annual? Also, does the travelcard load onto your oyster and how do you buy the travelcard, how does it work?
