Help! SFE asking for evidence on "Repeat Study Form"

Hi everyone

Last year I failed 2 modules and I have to do a year of "repeat with attendance" to complete the 2 modules

I have received a letter today saying I need to provide evidence to be considered for funding for my repeat study period

It says I can only get funding if it's a special circumstance

I've done 2 years so far of my course and I know I'm entitled to a "gift year"

Any help would be appreciated as this form is a bit vague

No previous study and no repeat years, so I'd assume this was my "gift year"

I also received a letter of entitlement the same day saying I was entitled to the full loan? Makes it more confusing
