Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) at Coventry or St. George's

I have been offered a place both at Coventry University and St. George's University of London.

It is an unconditional offer at Coventry right now as I have fulfilled the conditions that they require. However, St. George's called me this morning and said they can offer me a place at physiotherapy but it cannot be guaranteed starting in September 2023. There might be a possibility for me to start in September 2024, but it is likely that it can start in 2023.

I would like to know if anyone can share their experience in studying at these universities (e.g. graduate prospect, learning experience, etc) as well as knowing St. George's is a bit closer to my home, which university would be the best for me?
