I don't know what you need to have in practice (because it depends on the person hiring you), but according to the following pages, none (you can apply via diplomat admin officer before you work your way up):

If you are going through the degree route, you would need at least a 2:2 degree in any subject. See:

To be eligible for a degree with low requirements, you would be looking at CCC, although some degree courses accept 2 A Levels with lower grades

Having said that, I am not saying you should go in with EEE. That would be insulting to yourself. Where possible, aim for A*A*A*, not because it's required but you want to do your A Levels properly and give you the most flexibility.
