Tenant needed for accommodation at University of Salford
Hi,
I no longer require my room so I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at Peel Park Quarter at the Uni of Salford.
It's a bronze room for £148.24 a week, on a 42 week tenancy within a 5 bedroom flat. Room is completely untouched as I have not moved in. Flatmates are also really nice, can put you in contact with them as well.
