hey i am doing a pargraph for english an I need help i have the quote" I was in that state when a chap easily turns nasty" all I need to do is how the audience feels empathy and sympathy for women

can someone please help

hey! ı dis this 2 years ago so my points might be rusty
- he uses the word 'chap' rather than 'me' showing him distancing from responsibility
- ussing the word chap suggests this is a normal sort of activity for a chap to indulge in
- he merely states 'in that state' expecting everyone to know, which everyone knows, suggesting the norm of soicety back then

audience feel sympathy for the women as eric refuses to take responsibility even tho it can be argued majorly, its his fault

my points arent very clear up but i made notes for quotes on my website back when i was studying so it might help!
