Got 100 Credits in my First Year of Uni!

Before I start, I am a huge overthinker and so I have come here to ease my mind and find some answers/reassurance.
Some context of my first year of university: I ended up having extensions for my last two assignments due to mental health issues.
I have found out I have been awarded 100/120 credits for my first year of university. Does this mean I have passed first year and will be able to progress onto my second year? The 20 credits that have been dropped are my placement, as I missed a week due to, as previously said, mental health issues.

BA (Hons) Primary Education with QTS.
