Unis that can see the MAT

Hello, I am applying for maths this year, an I am taking both the MAT and STEP for my uni options. I am concerned, however, that I am not very strong on the MAT (Simply due to the multiple choice questions) and I fear that if I messed up on the day, the universities that do not use it may still be able to see it and make judgements, does the MAT score get shared with every uni and if so do they care about it? (My options are Cambridge, Imperial, Warwick, Durham and UCL)
