Does studying medicine in the uk as in international student worth it in uk citizens

Hi, I am currently pursuing my International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) in Turkey, and I am planning to study medicine. The UK is also one of my options; however, the cost of medical school for international students is quite high. For example, the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), which is one of the most international-friendly universities for medicine, costs over 50,000 GBP annually, not including book expenses, and so on. I have two options: either studying medicine in my home country, Turkey, where it won't cost me a penny, or studying in the UK. My ultimate goal is to practice medicine in the UK or Canada. Therefore, as UK citizens, what do you think? Do you believe that these high fees for international students studying medicine in the UK are worth it, or is it better to study in Turkey? Please help me, as the deadlines are approaching. Thanks.
